Start Your Day The Right Way

So, let’s make some Matcha flavoured crêpes with some of our favourite fruits, and let’s start the day off right! (I won’t judge you if you have these for lunch and dinner too, cause they sure are delicious).

I’m all about easy to make meals that are delicious and healthy! The less steps and ingredients, the better (as you may notice from my other recipes). This recipe is not only healthy, vegan, and gluten free but it’s also done in 5 simple steps!

Ingredients

2/3 cup oat flour

1 tbsp organic matcha powder

Pinch of salt

1 flax egg (1 tbsp ground flax & 3 tbsp water)

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Coconut oil, for pan

Make it your own

Add some personality to your crêpes: add your favourite fruits, maple syrup, whipped cream, whatever your heart desires! Make it your own.

What I added:

Raspberries

Dairy Free coconut whipped cream

Garnished with Matcha powder

Served with pure maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a blender blend all the ingredients together
  2. Grease pan with coconut oil under low to medium heat
  3. Pour batter and flatten out to make them as thin as possible
  4. Cook on each side for 30 seconds
  5. Top with your favourite toppings
  6. ENJOY!
