Healthy Oat Bites in 2 minutes

If you are like me, oatmeal gets boring quickly! I am going to share with you a super easy and quick way to switch up your way to eat your oats.

Here’s a recipe that is healthy, high in protein & fibre, and will keep you full all day long!!

Best part: this will only take you 3 easy steps, & only a couple dishes to wash afterwards!!!!!

Here’s what you will need:3 cups oats
4 tablespoon maple syrup/honey (I prefer maple syrup)
3 tablespoon hemp hearts
3 tablespoon chia seeds
3 tablespoon coconut chips
1/ 2 cup natural smooth peanut butter
Optional: dark chocolate chips

Instructions:
1. Add all dry ingredients to a mixing bowl
2. Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients
3. Roll into balls and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes
4. ENJOY!!!
